Beware of fraudulent invoices

It has come to our attention that applicants may be receiving invitations to pay fees that do not come from any official Patent Authority.

These fees are typically unrelated to the processing of the patent application, and whatever registration services might be offered in such invitations, they bear no connection to the status of your patent application.

Note that such invoices may at first glance appear to be official, as even warnings regarding the consequence of non-payment may be included:
