We offer a comprehensive range of revision courses and exam practice targeted at first-time sitters as well as re-sitters. New dates for courses preparing for the EQE 2013 will be announced as soon as possible (April/May 2012):

C Methodology Course (3-day)

This course gives candidates an insight into how to tackle a C exam paper. The procedures prescribed by EPO Guidelines and case law are used as the basis for efficient processes for identifying and performing the attacks. One paper is integrated to illustrate and apply the tactics to a real situation.

Unique for our course is that we provide a set of A3-size flow-charts illustrating an optimal checking sequence and providing sample sentences.
The problem-solution approach has been split into 10 sub-steps ensuring that the right closest prior art is selected and combined with the right secondary document. The approach avoids making incompatible combinations and deals with teachings-away. We show a unique goal oriented searching method ensuring an efficient analysis of the documents, a fast identification of the ‘must-have’ attacks and immediate drafting of the attacks without  having to record excessive amounts of information in matrices or work sheets.  

C Methodology Course for re-sitters (3-day)

This course follows the same outline as the “C Methodology course”. The C paper of the last EQE is integrated into the course. The course is targeted at resitters, showing how the methodology processes lead to the desired solution in an efficient way.

Guided Exam Training (2-day)

In this course candidates will learn how to efficiently perform the methodology under time pressure on actual papers and will get a good feeling for how marks are awarded in an actual exam.
One C paper will be corrected by the tutor and returned, with detailed marking sheets and comments. In the morning of the first day the paper is discussed by re-making the paper in small steps according to the methodology. In the afternoon, a shortened paper is made under moderate time pressure. Each step of the process is shown and immediately executed on the paper. During the second day, a full paper is made in the same way under increased time pressure.
