Career
After graduating in the field of telecommunications (2000), Jeroen started his career as system engineer at Ericsson EuroLab Netherlands in Rijen. His graduation project was in the area of ad hoc routing in Bluetooth networks. At Ericsson he continued working on Bluetooth related projects and projects related to network management and routing protocols.
In 2002 Jeroen entered the world of Computer Automated Design and Design Automation by joining Sagantec Netherlands BV as research and IP engineer. In the function of IP engineer he was responsible for setting up a patent portfolio. As research engineer he worked in several research projects in the area of chip layout optimization. The research projects were focussed on optimization algorithms, chip layout recognition algorithms, development of new optimization flows and Design For Manufacturing.
Since 2008, Jeroen started working for DeltaPatents as a Patent Engineer and qualified as a Dutch Patent Attorney in 2011. Jeroen is currently being trained to become a European Patent Attorney.
