Overview of the Paper D courses

We offer a comprehensive range of revision courses and exam practice targeted at first-time sitters as well as re-sitters.

                                    

EQE Paper D Revision Courses and Exam Practice
DI and DII Methodology Course (3-day)
  • Day 1: Tactics for handling DI questions, practiced using a number of recent DI questions.
  • Day 2, 3: Same content as the 2-day DII Methodology course outlined below.
    • DII Methodology Course (2-day)
  • A methodology for answering the legal inquiry based on a client’s letter in the DII paper.
  • Efficiently extracting the information from the DII paper and answering the DII questions in a     structured manner. The methodology is practiced on two DII papers.
    • DI and DII Methodology Course for re-sitters (3-day)
  • In the DI and DII Methodology course for re-sitters we will discuss the DI and DII paper of the     last EQE.
  • Personal feedback on the exam paper if provided in the English language.
    • Discussion of Paper D and Guided Mock DII Exam (2-day)
  • The participants will be required to hand in their answers to two DI and DII Exam Papers. One     DI and one DII paper will be corrected by the tutor and returned, with detailed marking     sheets and comments. Optionally the second DI and DII paper can also be corrected and     marked. For all papers comprehensive analysis/model solutions will be provided.
  • Day 1: all papers will be discussed.
  • Day 2: in the morning the participants will work on a recent DII Paper (a “mock exam”). The     tutor will guide all participants (group) through this exam paper and point them to the     relevant issues of the exam. Participants can ask questions. In the afternoon, the approach to     the paper will be discussed by the tutor.
    • Paper D Trial run under Exam Conditions Course (3-day)
  • Answering selected questions from recent DI exams, a small DII case and a mock exam of a     recent DII paper.
  • Time is tailored to the exam circumstances; a final test for the EQE.
  • Working in a structured manner.
