Training

Diane is a tutor for Paper D of the EQE and the legal part of the EQE Pre-Exam. She also teaches in DeltaPatents’ training courses for IP Administrators.

Career

Diane was self-employed for several years as a provider of technical documentation services. Her IP career began in 2006 with SKF at the global R&D facility in the Netherlands, where a range of bearing technologies are developed including steels, lubricants and integrated condition monitoring equipment. Diane qualified as a European patent attorney in 2010 and started working for DeltaPatents in 2017. She now combines patent attorney work (drafting, prosecution, consultancy) with tutoring.
