Paper M4 Distance Learning

This course is especially for candidates, having acquired sufficient knowledge in the Foundation module and the Main Exam Paper M2 – EIPEF module. The candidates will be trained on focusing to use the knowledge in an efficient way in order to pass the exam. Particular emphasis is given to the Paper M4 (Legal Opinion based on a client’s letter).

This online course features introductory and paper discussion sessions, followed by online mock exams in WISEflow, ensuring a flexible and comprehensive learning experience. The course is designed to be highly interactive, so it is expected that for the online sessions participants will turn their cameras on and participate actively.

This course is aimed at candidates who plan to sit the M4 paper in 2027. We strongly advise candidates to prepare for papers M3 and M4 in the same year.

More than 400 overhead sheets introducing and explaining how to tackle M4.
A M4 workbook to help follow the methodology when practicing at home. Some of the elements are also suitable for use at the EQE itself.
Other materials for use at the EQE including a M4 checklist and A3 methodology flowchart for M4.
DeltaPatents’ own model solutions for the new format D papers practiced. Initially based on past EQE papers, they have been fully updated to incorporate the latest legal changes, and demonstrate how the DeltaPatents’ methodology has been applied.

Registration fee and VAT information

An administrative fee of € 125 is charged for every booking. If more than one course is booked at the same time, only one administrative fee will be charged. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
