Paper M3 Guided Exam

M3 is the final substantive paper and involves claim drafting, amending and defending claims and attacking claims. While some skills that are tested in the three parts of M3 are similar to those tested in the papers A, B and C of the classic EQE, the exam cases in M3 are expected to be quite different in terms of setting, structure and expected advisory skills. We therefore strongly advise resitters to take a dedicated M3 course in order to be well prepared as the exam.

The course is helps candidates to get to grips with the new M3 paper and offers the opportunity to practice two full mock papers (each one containing a Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3). Prior to the course, participants will be given access to a mock exam in WISEflow. Participants are expected to hand in their answers before the course. The answers to this mock exam will be discussed during the course. A second mock exam will be practiced during the course, guided and assisted by the tutor.

The mock exams that are used in the course are specially designed by the tutors of DeltaPatents, so they provide exclusive additional training material for candidates to practice with in preparation for the M3 paper. The course is designed to be highly interactive, so it is expected that for the online sessions participants will turn their cameras on and participate actively.

This course is aimed at candidates who plan to sit the M3 paper in 2027. We strongly advise candidates to prepare for papers M3 and M4 in the same year.

When you enroll in the Paper M3 Distance Learning course, there’s no need to also take the M3 Methodology course or the M3 Guided Exam, as the content of both is fully integrated into the Paper M3 Distance Learning course.

Registration fee and VAT information

You may register multiple participants for the same course within a single registration. However, each course requires a separate registration.
If you book multiple courses individually on the same day, only one administrative fee of € 125 will apply. A consolidated invoice, including any applicable discounts, will be issued.
All fees listed above are exclusive of 21% VAT. If a valid VAT number is provided, VAT will be exempted.

This practice course includes requires a pre-training assignment to be submitted around 10 working days before the course start date.
