Main Exam Paper M2 – EIPEF

The course aims at augmenting and deepening the knowledge acquired during the Basic (Foundation) Legal Training to a level required for the Paper M2 of the EQE Main Exam). Legal lectures will cover legal changes in the EPC & PCT since the Foundation, the more advanced legal subjects such as entitlement, enforcement, and petition for review. The Ancillary Regulations will be covered, as well as a specially selected subset of case law. Major part of this course is practicing D1 questions. This hybrid course features an onsite introductory session in Utrecht, The Netherlands, followed by interactive online sessions and mock exams in WISEflow, ensuring a flexible and comprehensive learning experience. The course is designed to be highly interactive, so it is expected that for the online sessions participants will turn their cameras on and participate actively.

This course is aimed at candidates who passed the Foundation Paper in EQE 2026 and plan to take the Paper M2 in EQE 2027. We strongly advise candidates to prepare for papers M1 and M2 in the same year.

Topics covered

The focus will be on M2. To gain confidence and experience in applying the law, candidates will review the full range of legal subjects, guided by a selection of exam-oriented questions. Candidates will prepare their answers at home and hand them in. A selection of questions will be marked individually and returned with comments or suggestions for improvement. The answers, and any unclear subjects, will be discussed during the subsequent session. During the course, candidates will also attempt practice M2 exam papers.

Course fee for Main Exam Paper M2 – EIPEF : € 4.415
Early bird discount for full Main Exam preparation registration for all M1, M2, M3, M4 – EIPEF courses by 6 April 2026: € 500 off the total four course fees.
Early bird discount for the candidates who registered for both M1 & M2 – EIPEF courses by 6 April 2026: € 230 off the total two course fees.
Candidates registering for the M1 & M2 – EIPEF courses for EQE 2027 who do not pass the EQE 2026 Foundation Paper may withdraw without charge, provided the cancellation request is submitted at least two weeks prior to the course start date.

Registration fee and VAT information

An administrative fee of € 125 is charged for every booking. If more than one course is booked at the same time, only one administrative fee will be charged
All fees are excluding 21% VAT

Course Schedule

This hybrid course comprises three full-day on-site session at the Aristo Meeting Center in Utrecht Lunetten, Netherlands, and four half-day and one full-day online sessions. Below is a provisional course schedule.
